These Brakes are designed as simple, easy, friendly, compact with pre factory set air gap & could be fitted directly on Motor/Machines without dismantling the Brake.
When three phase electric supply is given to the electromagnetic Coils the Armature plate is attracted towards stator against the spring force thus releasing the rotor to move freely. When AC current supply cuts off or fails, strong compression spring force push back to its original position which in turn to clamps the rotor providing much needed braking torque.
